Students and study centres
Looking for a flat as a student is where having nobody on your side costs you most: fees, extra guarantors, and listings that won’t tell you the price until you ask. With an agreement in place, none of that.
You rent on better terms than the public ones because you come from a partner institution. The discount is agreed with each one, so ask us about yours.
The listing states the rent, the deposit and whether bills are included. No charge for signing and no third figure waiting at the signing.
Your contract and receipts stay in the portal while you live there. When you need proof of payment for a grant, it’s there — you don’t have to ask anyone.
Not sure whether your institution has an agreement?
Write to us with the name of your university or centre and we’ll tell you. If it doesn’t have one yet, we’ll approach them ourselves — you don’t have to play middleman.

No institution has partnered with us yet
We’d rather say so than fill this with crests. If your university isn’t here and you’d like it to be, write to us at alquiler@habitio.co and we’ll approach them.
For universities and study centres
Anyone arriving from a partner institution rents on better terms than the public ones, and pays no agency fee either. We agree the discount with you.
Every listing states the real price, the deposit and the date it’s free from. A clear contract and a portal where the student sees what they owe and reports any repair.
No fee, no minimum term, no obligation to send anyone our way. For the institution it’s an agreement and a contact, not a project with a budget.
Tell us how many students you need to house
With that we’ll tell you what we can cover and at what discount, plainly. If we can’t manage it, we’ll say so in the first email rather than cost you an academic year.
We don’t publish the crests or names of institutions we don’t have a signed agreement with. When there are some, they’ll be here.
